Cover Collections—part 2
featuring covers formatted for WiiFlow

I'm uploading here all the missing covers sets for Wiiflow, as a counterpart to @mastershoes post here: Cover Collections for Emulators With Cover Support

All images have been optimized for the smallest file sizes and maximum compatibility with WiiFlow by @AdamCatalyst. If you have any compatibility issues, please let him know!

You can contribute with any missing, fixed or alernate artworks. Please PM @AdamCatalyst if you have anything that you would like added to this first post.

Please Note : The OP @Tetsuo Shima is on a well-earned break right now, so I (Adam Catalyst) am tending to this collection until he can return. Please send me a PM if you need to get my attention.

Wiiflow Usage Notes

Please remember that you'll have to rename the png files following this format:

Title.ext.png

Title= Name of the file used to launch the game.
ext=Extension of the file used to launch the game.
e.g. for an uncompressed NES game, the '.ext' part will be '.nes', if the game is in zip format it will be '.zip'.
png= Image format of the cover. Don't change it, all the covers need to be .png's.

Example 1 - Cover for a Sega Megadrive, unzipped game:
Alisia Dragoon.md.png
Example 2 - Cover for a Game & Watch, zipped game:
Lifeboat.zip.png

Always reload cache each time you add or change covers.

You can contribute with any missing, fixed or alernate artworks. Post it here (use spoiler tags if you post single images) and I will eventually update the packs.

Please remember that you'll have to rename the png files following this format: Title.ext.png

Thanks @Tetsuo Shima for this. I still have the NES Shrunken Spine backed up on HDD. I would like to share if interested, but do not have a Mediafire or Mega account of the sorts. At 950 mb, I imagine it is much too large to upload here. If there is a different possible route i could upload it directly to you, that would be ideal.

@Tetsuo Shima OK finally my roms are showing covers,...but theyre dispalyed like a first grader assembled them, lol
I'm using the Shrunken spine collections,...but I think my platform.ini needs some modification...
What needs to change? Or maybe its source menu settings,..I dunno anymore lol

I just wanna see the covers correspond to the correct rom

That way I can weed out or rename files that aren't showing a cover at all

@biggzsizzle I see you're using my theme, but I notice from your screenshots that you are missing backgrounds, and your settings menu is from a very old Rhapsodii Shima version. What version are you using? Did you follow the install instructions?

When the covers are all showing like this, it means that the magic numbers used in plugin .ini's and source menu .ini's are not matching with the ones found in platform.ini.

Go to wiiflow/plugins for plugin .ini files (eg in fceumm.ini --> magic=46434D4D)
Go to wiiflow/source_menu/Rhapsodii Shima for source menu .ini files (eg in consoles.ini - nes button --> check if magic=46434D4D)
Go to wiiflow/plugins_data/ for platform.ini. Open it and search (ctrl+F) for 46434D4D.

If the magic numbers for the plugins aren't found in platform.ini, wiiflow will not know which coverflow to display, thus using a standard one.
Never, ever edit platform.ini. It will mess up the database, too, among other things. There's really no reason to edit it.
If you use my theme, the source menu ini files are coming with all the right magic numbers already in.
If you changed them, just reinstall the theme.

Also, in the plugin .ini files, check if the coverfolder is correct.
From screenshots like this:

it's clearly visible that you're not using the shrunken spine!
Download the correct sets for Nintendo covers.

Added cover for Grim Fandango (residual VM). This will match proportions of a pc game box.
Added some alt covers: Doom, Hexen 2 and Grim Fandango (localized versions).
