Install AKAIO onto your card.
Rename akmenu4.nds to akmenu.nds
Copy akmenu4.nds and d_system folder to the root of your card.
Set up your card using DSCovery.exe (.NET runtime required)
Start up your AK2/AK2i go to the settings, page 2, select loader_akaio.nds.

\DSCovered_28_04_2010\Win\DScovery.exe

On the left it says 'Removable Drives', double click the one for your MicroSD.
Tick the boxes next to the NDS games you want
File -> Download Covers
If there are any missing covers you can manually set them by selecting it and clicking Change Cover.
If you want to change the names of any games, double click the file in the list.
File -> Update Card

As of, I think last week, this didn't work with AKAIO 1.8.1 - only up until 1.7.1 (unless you had the loader of the guy who abruptly left the scene). Would you happen to know if anything has changed and it now works on 1.8.1? Thanks!
