Hacking couple questions usbloader and overheat

hey all,

im totally new here, i heard about this place from a moderator at psp-hacks.com, and im glad he told me

so heres my issues im on 3.3u and i am using usbloader 1.5 and i cant seem to get the covers to show up at all.

i used the ntsc pack from this site:
http://www.theotherzone.com/wii/

and i put them in sd:/usb loader/covers/gameID.png

if im doing something wrong could someone please set me straight.

also it appears that my fan no longer works, so i was hoping that i could also get a link to fan repair if such a thread exsists.

and thats it, just those two little problems, well ones little and the other is the fan, eek.

right now i have an intercooler on there so its staying rather cool (outer temp, 89-103 farenheight) (inner temp, 89-116 farenheight) (tempatures obtained with laser thermometer)but i would like to replace the fan once i find a good dissassembly tut.

really all i need is a dissassembly guide with pictures so i can see what i'll need.
