Unfortunately when it comes to questionable purchase such as flashcart, PayPal will unlikely help you at all.

order doesnt state flashcart, only state order number on paypal.
if seller doesnt reply my claim, then paypal usually will side with customer. (most case)


then again, it only work on lite but not 3DSXL, and yes it already on 1.19, then must not be the microSD, its a Sandisk 16GB class 4
