Hacking Question "Could not perform DNS name Resolution"

I don't know why, but every time I try to connect to the pegaswitch DNS, even the online one for flog, it gives me Error Code 2110-3127.
I've noticed that even if the pegaswitch isn't running I still get the error. Help please?

This is a problem where your switch cannot get a response from the DNS server that you have set up. What environment are you running this on? Temporarily disable the firewall on the system you are running pegaswitch on and work from that. Note that if you are running a VM inside a windows host, ofcourse you need to configure your hosts/windows firewall as well.
