if OP is on 4.1-4.5 FW he can use GW's launcher to launch his out-of-region retail game in Classic mode, without using a GW flashcard.

The only requirement is a NDS flashcard though

How about buying game codes online. For instant I have a canadian 3DS. Am I able to purchase a US eshop to download a game??
