ROM Hack corrupted .rar files?

i keep having to download pokemon soul silver from many websites because each time i do, i extract the .rar archive and i get an error message saying my file is corrupt... every place that has it ends up like this. if anyone could tell me whats wrong, i thank you in advance (its the japanese version because i needed it for poketex)

Since it's happening multiple times, I'm guessing that it's an issue with your connection.

Try to use a download manager (Like DownThemAll for Firefox) or some other download system which supports resuming and file verification like a torrents.

What program are you using? It could be that your version of winrar is outdated.

i'll probably try something of that nature also the same site worked before but i guess they all went kaput
