Does anyone know what I could do? Is there a way to insert the folder again into the file system?

Connect the microSD card to the computer, right click on it in Windows Explorer/My Computer, click Properties, then the Tools tab. Click the Check Now button under the Error Checking section, and see if that can fix it.
