Homebrew Copying saves from actual carts

I Want to copy saves from my actual carts into CIA files from carts I own, is there any app that can do that?
PS. Without deleting the save from the cartridge itself.

As far as I know, no.

What I do is dump the save of the cart and the installed title, and then copy the contents from the cart save to the installed save (overwrite). And then reimport the installed title save.

JKSM export from cart then import to cia installed game, make sure u have ran the cia game just onece to title screen so it makes a save slot to import your exported save into

I know gm9 can export a cartridge as a .3ds file, and can rebuild .3ds files as .CIA files. If that works, install it and use jksm or Nintendo's official save transfer tool to do so.
