ROM Hack Converting Switch .brstm to .wav

Are there any tools or a series of tools available to convert Switch format .brstm files to .wav? I read the only difference between Wii U and Switch .brstm is endian-ness. If there is a tool for Wii U, I'll have to convert the endian-ness as well. I'd like to convert some music in ARMS to .wav.

I would use Foobar2000 with the VGM plugin. Works for literally all music formats.
