Hacking Converting saves from iEdge to R4i

I have an iEdge that I am replacing with an r4ids.cn card (the r4ids.cn Rev C).

I tried loading up Pokemon Black 2 but it looks like the saved games are not compatible.
I tried converting the save with the Shunyweb Savegames Converter, but the converted save doesn't work either.

Is there a different converter that anyone can recommend?
