Hacking converting NTSC saves to PAL?

hey,

I need a program to convert my NTSC black ops save games to PAL save games so that I won't lose all my progress.
is there any chance that NTSC saves will work with PAL game?

It's for another game but the actual process might work for you as well if you modify it for your game specifically.

I think I recall CoD4: Reflex had some protection on it, telling you it's "corrupted" when you modify it. There's probably a checksum in there you need to check. Try the above first.

so I first have to have a PAL savegame to copy over the NTSC saves?
