Homebrew Converting Nintendo DS .mods video file into a playable format? (.avi, .mp4, etc.)

Been trying for days but... anyone know the proper settings to convert DS .mods video clips to avi, mkv, whatever in the proper colors? See the difference. No idea how to do it properly...

There are 3DS clips converters online... a GBA one. Literally nothing coming up for DS...

I'm trying to convert these Ghibli animated clips from Ni No Kuni on DS.
