Convert emunand partition to file based

Hi,
So I am trying to use the emutool to convert the partition to file based but not sure what to do here. Here's what I've done.

• convert the partition to files on PC folder

Once the conversion is done, all I have to do is copy the emummc folder it has created to the sd card? I feel like I need to tell hakate that I am using files based now but not sure what's next as I still have my emu partition on the card. TIA.

Why? File based is slower, and has a higher risk of corruption.
