Are you saying someone can basically use this and TXs gear to load any payload/cfw?

That is true. As I said before (before this thread was resurrected) you don't have to use it at all

can this conversion be put in exe or at at least jar file ??

The web-application is a basically a 1:1 clone of this script by CTCaer. It's open source, feel free to create a "jar-file" out of it

Some of us still have the SX dongle, so in my case this still works to use it to launch the hekate payload with it. BTW, I made this repo before going with the SX Gear way (pointing the boot.ini payload file to bootloader/update.bin).
