Is there a homebrew app for the Wii that displays on screen active input controls (buttons, analog pads, etc.) from connected controllers, be them WiiMote, Nunchuck, Classic or GameCube, in order to verify that they work properly?

I recently purchased a Classic Controller labeled as "potentially junk" and would like to verify whether all its controls do indeed work fine. I also have a GC controller that seems to sometimes have one button locked as pressed but cannot identify which.

This has been asked before it seems, without an answer.
