Hacking Contra Reload (J) wiiware - how do you play it on ntsc?

little help - how do you play this J game on a ntsc wii?

To play a game on a different region, you need to run it through FreeTheWADs. This doesn't always work, but since both Japan and the US are NTSC region, it should work just fine.

i can confirm it works if you use freethewads. exe on it..just did this like 10 minutes ago haha. I did NTSC-J>NTSC-U..no probs.

Alternately, you can install Preloader and turn on the "Region Free Channels" hack... then you can play Wiiware from any region without ever worrying about hacking the wads at all.

Also, just FYI, Japanese region games are also NTSC. For future reference, you're better off saying "how can I play a J game on my US Wii"

Ok so freeloader didn't work but I need to get ios53 so if anyone has it please let me know. Will this allow adventure island to work cause I have the same issue

EDIT _ Contra works! IOS53 did the trick. Adventure island still crashes though. Maybe another ios can fix it?
