is it possible to go on harvest moon ds (for example) and go to mineral town with an ezflash 3-in-1
if so please tell me how (another example is migrating in pokemon)

It possible to use GBA to unlock some people in HMDS
BUT you won't even allowd to go to mineral town

not AFAIK unless the game offers some kind of linkup like Pokemon ... Pokemon Diamond and Pearl do have this option but you need to patch them to make it workable with a slot 1 and slot 2 flash card
