ROM Hack Confused (R4i-sdhc)

Hi there,

I've been reading LOTS of threads about the dldi patch, pokesav, ysmenu and PPSE but i'm all confused...

All this because:
Moonshell says i need to google dldi file
Wanted to put the YSMenu (sugestion of GBAtemp)
I was playing Pokemon SS and suddently Blue wasnt where it was supposed to be so I need do hack my save file

Can someone pls tell me what files to download, and very noob instructions??

I have a DSi with an R4i-SDHC (www.r4i-sdhc.com), 8Gb MicroSD
