Hacking Confurable USB Loader: Error Code -2

I know I've read about this common error before, but can't seem to find the way to resolve it. Last night, I ran into it for the first time when attempting to load "Family Feud: 2010 Edition". Failed to load with a code of -2.

How is this resolved\fixed?
