ROM Hack Configuring Visual C++ Express with devkitpro

Can you guy's help me? I downloaded the new visual express from the microsoft site and I wanted to adjust it to the devkitpro environment. The problem is I don't think the F.A.Q on the devkitpro site works anymore on the new visual studio:

Can somebody help on setting the environment of visual express to the ds?
