yes you can use it but

you will still need to install a cios (as does everyone else)

modchips CAN have a negative impact
for example making it impossible to install games
If you run into problems I would suggest disabling or removing the modchip

I'm also currently running most of my games on Emulated NAND (using uniiloader). The end result is pretty much the same as SNEEK but I find the instructions a lot simpler with Unilloader.

It actually works pretty good considering now I have virtually unlimited NAND space on my 1Tb FAT32 partition also used for WBFS files. Started with a Virgin NAND (no cIOS at all) and all games just load

I'm hoping that CFG will adhere to the EMU NAND trend and makes the loader compatible by not using any cIOS at all, like uniiloader does and combine the best of 2 worlds

That's good. It's a shame the coverflow /(cache?) is not maintained through restarts though?
 
i need more hints for the easter egg...i suck at these.

does it matter what theme i'm using? meaning, will a specific theme help me to find it better than another?

Yeah really man. I cant get anything out of these hints either. Just tell us already guys
or at least give a good hint we can figure out. I cant make out anything trying to go through these
posts. Even a direction to where the clues are would be nice. I cant even find the clues in the first place.
 
new to configurable usb loader do the HDD need to be formated to WBFS or can i just have it to fat32 to copy my games using the wii?
 
As some people have been already aware that the game "We Dare" can be played
with no problem by using "Mighty Loader" but no way (freeze at 'Loading ...."
screen) to play by using any other USB Loader.

I made some tests today and found there is no problem to use CFG UL V53 (or previuos
version) to start "We Dare" (won't freeze at "Loading ...") along with cIOS249 v21-56.

According to the change log , the major changes from V53 to V54 were like
"ocarina and hooktype" , "wiird" ... (V54 have the same "freeze" problem)

Not sure if oggzee/Dr. Clipper would like to spend few times to study this ?
(to have V67 available to start this game ??)

It does not matter what theme you are using. The first hint is repeated within this post. The next hint is found in Cfg's IRC chat room.

FAT32 works just fine.

One thing is playing, the other is reading.
Try backing it up to file using Cfg Usb Loader install functionality into a compatible USB drive.
 
i beginning to hate eastern eggs so i'll not search for it anymore cause it will annoy me more and more.

if someone please PM me what it is and how to find it i would be very gratefull and it would easen up my day

Yes, I did turn on "clear_patches" (V58~V66c) but still got "freeze" problem.
(same problem happen in WiiFlow or ULGX)

i have we dare working using 250 with 57 as a base wad
my version of cfg is 67a-222

so that means it may be anywhere within the quotes and not just your text doc?
 
I'm using the -compat dol since a week or two, cause my third wiimote seems to freeze the loading of games when it's on (pretty sure it's just a bad copy and not the original one...) when using the standard cfg dol. And just noticed that some games doesn't show correctly the WiiTDB synopsis, it gets cutted when a non-english character appears.
For example: "Una nueva aventura fantástica..." only shows "Una nueva aventura fant", and there it ends. Could that be fixed or is a limitation of the -compat version?
