is this a forwarder for cfg or GX cause the vid is showing GX loading using that forwarder

I didnt make that video I justed used it to show everyone what the forwarder looks like. The package I made is setup to load config USB Loader. Just copy the files to the root of your sd card and install the wad and everything will be set up. After you press start on this forwarder it will load config USB Loader (no trace of gx loader)

So, what is the latest updated list of cover mirrors?

I think this is it:

Code:
#flat
cover_url =
cover_url =+ http://wiicover.gateflorida.com/sites/default/files/cover/2D%20Cover/{ID}.png
cover_url =+ http://boxart.rowdyruff.net/flat/{ID}.png
cover_url =+ http://awiibit.com/BoxArt160x224/{ID}.png
cover_url =+ http://wiitdb.com/wiitdb/artwork/cover/EN/{ID}.png
cover_url =+ http://wiitdb.com/wiitdb/artwork/cover/US/{ID}.png

#3d
cover_url_3d =
cover_url_3d =+ http://wiicover.gateflorida.com/sites/default/files/cover/3D%20Cover/{ID}.png
cover_url_3d =+ http://boxart.rowdyruff.net/3d/{ID}.png
cover_url_3d =+ http://awiibit.com/3dBoxArt176x248/{ID}.png
cover_url_3d =+ http://wiitdb.com/wiitdb/artwork/cover3D/EN/{ID}.png
cover_url_3d =+ http://wiitdb.com/wiitdb/artwork/cover3D/US/{ID}.png

#disc
cover_url_disc =
cover_url_disc =+ http://wiicover.gateflorida.com/sites/default/files/cover/Disc%20Cover/{ID}.png
cover_url_disc =+ http://boxart.rowdyruff.net/disc/{ID}.png
cover_url_disc =+ http://awiibit.com/WiiDiscArt/{ID}.png
cover_url_disc =+ http://wiitdb.com/wiitdb/artwork/disc/EN/{ID}.png
cover_url_disc =+ http://wiitdb.com/wiitdb/artwork/disc/US/{ID}.png

Or are there any other mirros I don't know of?
Let me know if the list is incorrect.

This should be suitable to be copy&pasted to your config.txt
Note: the first line with empty value (cover_url=) is there to clear the preset urls.

I think there might be a slight problem using that. IIRC, wiitdb is using the old cover sizes for 3D images (160x225). However, the other mirrors use the GX size (176x248). If you set the config file up like that, you will get a mix of the two different sizes, which is kind of messy.

Edit: Also, I think the "url =" line on its own doesn't work, at least with 35a. I just tried that and got a lot of 'URL '+' does not start with http://' errors.

Finally, the rowdyruff mirror has a fulldisc directory for disc art which is better than disc as all the files are ID6. Means you can just use ID6 for the lot rather than ID and save some wasted time testing filenames that don't exist on those servers

oggze I'am using cios rev 13b and your loader 35a

you are great
If you plan to keep using cfg, I suggest you switch to rev 13 (aka 13a). 13b was only made for loaders that were incompatible with the correct 002 fix. With 13a, you get exactly the same features, but you should have far less trouble getting certain games to work.

I am using rev9 + IOS223 mload. PERFECT.

Well I've tested the latest coverflow out and I can honestly say that I LOVE IT. This is a clear step in the right direction. My next question is this then; If coverflow allows us to view the back of the game cover then where could we download these back covers?

Two things yet; I cannot wait for the autoupdate feature and with the development of the coverflow gui and the ability to view the back cover how soon then could we go all the way and include the game manuals as well, :-). We got everything outside covered, no pun intended now we just need the inside.

Keep up the good work and I cannot wait for your next release.

Well, I wouldn't necessarily call it perfect. IOS223 mload is great for certain things (such as getting HOTD2 to work), but it has an extremely annoying problem with getting back to the Wii menu after playing such a game. You have to physically turn off the Wii and back on.

I was using 13a previously, but with the addition of the Anti-002 fix, I was able to go back to rev12 and still play Ghostbusters and Indy...which is great. Rev12 does not have the annoyance of having to reboot after playing a game, and it did incorporate the ability to play certain games without a disc in the drive (like Metroid Corruption) that rev 9 did not have. With cIOS rev12, IOS223 mload (for HOTD2 etc), and the latest USBLoaderCFG gives you the best of all worlds currently in my personal opinion. Still looking forward to rev14 however, in hopes that it will fix certain titles that do not work on any of the current cIOS's (like COD3)

But you did make the forwarder, or no? Also, it was previously asked what the channel ID is?

I don't have this problem. PERFECT.

Really? I have two Wii consoles here (both older models..bootmii boot2 installed) and my brother has an older model as well. Using IOS222 mload and/or IOS223 mload does the exact same thing on all three consoles when loading HOTD2. The game loads/plays/saves just fine, but when you decide to leave and return to the Wii menu you simply get a black screen and have to force power down the Wii. Try it and tell me what happens to you when you exit (while in HOTD2) back to the Wii menu.

guys ive got the 35a and it is working perfect, but some games when i load it is not a full scream what should i do to fix it?

I'm assuming you have a PAL console and are using 576i. Try setting your Wii to use 480i in the settings. If your TV can display it (almost all modern PAL TVs can), it's better.

Rev 12 has even worse issues than the resetting bug. It reads from the HDD too slow. Try playing a new game of Super Mario Galaxy and watch the cutscene where the airships appear for the first time. The stuttering is horrible.

Currently you can download the back covers from wiiboxart.com:
eg: http://www.wiiboxart.com/fullcover/RJ2E52.png

Although they won't work correctly yet in the Preview version. But trust me, it looks sweet with the full covers turned on. This should be enabled in a near-future release.

As far as game manuals goes... there currently aren't manuals available anywhere - and if there were, I'd assume it wouldn't last too long. What would be cool though is if we just had the textural description of each game *cough*nintendo.com*cough* and could display that. After all, text zips up nicely.

Is there a was to auto mount the hard drive when the program starts. I have it go to the gui wall and would like it to be easier for my wife by taking out the press A step and have it go automatically to the gui interface. I have the device in the config file set to USB, but it still asks.

All you should need is:
device=usb

Odd, I had that and it still asks to what to mount..... maybe I should try it again. Might be the drive too. Getting a laptop drive in a few days so it will power up and down with the Wii.

Thanks.

This is probably only an issue with certain hard drives, as I know for a fact that the entire beginning cutscene runs absolutely perfectly with my drive. The only time I ever saw it stutter as a matter of fact was when I tried running on from a dvd-r (and that was because of the obvious reason)
