Hacking Concerning NNID, it is possible?

I have an already hacked O3DS and I want to now hack my N3DS since every firmware is getting scarier with each one. I have a NNID in every system but I want to keep my main in my N3DS, my question is, it is possible to pre-system format both systems, perform the DSiWare method and set my NNID preoperly when I get arm9lh in my N3DS?

Yes, you can. NNID can link and unlink as you please since it doesn't a key of 3DS.
