Gaming Computer Cleanup Program?

Basically, I was wondering if there was any programs out there that cleaned up the PC, such as removing useless programs installed, freeing up some room

You have to know which programs to remove though, basically if you don't know it, Google it. It may be important none the less.

Grab a squared hijack free and go manual: automated tools have not worked brilliantly for several years now.

MRUBlaster ( old but will wipe some mrus not seen and you can customize your owns) and don't miss another cool tool Spywareblaster ( immunize against nasty things+ clean + snapshot of your system )

Comodo offers a free cleaner too ... but it will perhaps overclean so be cautious...

only problem with CCleaner (and other automated ones for that matter) is that they have no way of knowing what registry entries to delete.
go with asquared and use ccleaner just for tempory files.
