Nintendo has shared on their facebook page that COD Ghosts is coming for the Wii U.
Its gonna be out on November the 5th.

Why is Treyarch porting it? I thought Infinity Ward was making the game.

Treyarch handles all of the Nintendo porting.

So basically that means, stripped features. No support, no DLC, and it being inferior version, and then everybody will come in saying "LOLOL WIIU CAN'T EVEN HANDLE COD GHOSTS".

No, it means proper Wiimote controls and actual GamePad support (Ghosts is supposed to have second-screen features IIRC). DLC doesn't have anything to do with Treyarch.
