Hacking clustering my hdd

if i reformat and cluster it to the right size to play gc games on will my wii games and movies work on the wii with it being clustered or do i need to partition it?

yes, all wii programs should work with 32KiB clusters

btw, there is no such thing as an unclustered FAT32
