Classified site etiquette?

So I'm selling a 750Ti on a local classified site, and I have one buyer (A) who've I've tried to meet but we haven't been able to find a time to meet, and a second buyer (B) who just emailed me with a better offer, would it be rude of me to ask for more from A after we agreed on a price, or should I just tell B that it's too late?

Is Buyer B also within meeting distance or do you have to ship? Do you mind waiting if you ship?

If close then I would email Buyer A and let him know a better offer has come up.

No, they're both within reasonable meeting distance, I'll do that then, I just wasn't sure if that was regarded as a jerk thing to do or not

Tell B that you currently already have a buyer but will let him know if it falls through. Attempt to get a final meetup opportunity from A, and if that fails ask B if he's still interested.
