I went to dl the app. Insanely annoying password minimum. Said I already used my email, who knows how long ago. No blatantly obviously recovery option. App install finishes and my whole desktop redraws and flickers, I'm sure that safe. Creates a few folders in Documents, etc. Just shady from start to finish.
Usenet, nzb file, done.
Ftp, log in, grab, done.
Hell I'd even prefer a torrent at that point. I'm just not fond of things that needs it own log in.
I'm not signed in, and downloaded just fine.

There's a "Dowload through your browser" button. Just need to click that.

I don't get it why do people say we can't downgrade yet? Did I miss something or why is Pingo not mentioning this in the private conversation I have with him right now? ;P
Stop sexting with him and ask.

You don't need any apps to use mega.

Yeah, the app you download for firefox/chrome is not needed anymore as MEGA now lets you download files directly to your hard-drive without any fancy downloaders or anything, just like the old days~
(Can't believe people still fall for that kind of adware...)

you have to make an account to download, use noscrript to minimize arbitrary scripting from external domains.
