Citra different save files

Hello,
I have Pokemon Ultra Sun and I want one randomized and the other a normal game and have the update installed while the randomized version does not have the update. What should I do?

I don't know if using a different user on the computer would work for this, probably need a different install of Windows for this to work. As for if it was on an actual 3ds, you could use 3ds bank to treat it like an emulated nand.
