Hacking .ciso files on loaders

I'm currently using CFG loader for my wii and i was wondering if the loader can read the .ciso files made with the backup wii manager. If it cant are you guys aware of any other loaders that do it or should i just go for the .wbfs files? Is there any difference between the .iso, .ciso and the .wbfs except the size of them?
