Hacking cioscorp vs preloader vs bootmii vs starfall

Ok seriously now, which one is the best out of these four?

(I've done a bit of research but I can't nail which one is the best. Each one has it's own strengths and weaknesses. I'm just confused.)

cIOScorp can't even be compared to the other four because it has a completely different purpose. The only two that you can compare are Preloader and Starfall and Preloader easily wins. I personally have BootMii and Preloader BOTH installed.

Install whatever IOS you need, if that's cIOScorp then so be it. I find that unnecessary.

Thats the best explanation i've heard in along time.

But whats up with all this VS crap lately, Every Mod/Hack here has a different purpose, expect for starfall and preloader, but starfall is kindof Outdated, I guess Startpatch should have been added also, I'm actually using Startpatch, really nice little program

i had trouble with using preloader for patches as the disk wouldn't spin down when powered off.

Is cIOSCorp the only way to play backup from the Disc Channel or dose SoftMii have a app that can do it?

I want to know becouse I'm on a 4.0U Wii and I dont think cIOSCorp works on that/ will brick it..?

softmii is just cioscorp i beleive. i used the cioscorp wads from the miiwii package on a 4.0e i done an update for an it works fine.
dont use it myself as i use the usb loaders.
