Hacking cios usb2 not installing

I have been trying to get the usb loader to run but have experienced difficulties.

I cant seem to instal CIOS USB2 onto my wii.
Im running 3.2E and have installed all the necessary usb loader apps and cios but cios usb2 wont instal.

this is the error msg i get.

[Its hard to read the image but the error says: "net gethostbyname failed: -10004. error making http request. failed to allocate temp buffer for encrypted content, size was 0"]
Iv searched everywhere and havent found a solution.

Any help would be great. Thanks.

almost sounds like its not able to connect to wireless. you tested to make sure its connected and that internet works on the wii

i can play games online with it.
im using the official nintendo usb wifi adapter.

and above the error it says "initialising network: Done!"

no. im not that much of a noob.
Nothing is connected into the wii's usb ports.

it seems like cios usb2 attempts to instal via the network, is it possible to set it to load the necessary files locally?

why are you trying to install it ?
get cIOS rev9 has it built in.

i installed cios rev9 and the usblaoder. then when i connect my harrdrive and run usbloader it wont recognise my usb comes up with the error message after 40seconds
"could not initialise usb subsystem! (ret = -6).

lock and delete the thread i updated to rev10 and 1.4loader and all is good.
