oh shit this is the installer to download it online how do i install it manually from sd card?

same as always , put the required WAD in the SD Root

I couldnt get this to work at all. What exactly did you do?

just download the new rev 15 and extract it into a folder called cIOS38_rev15-Installer then put it in your apps folder.
then goto hbc then cIOS38_rev15-Installer . then load. and install it from the network installation
but it doesnt work with gamma channels at the moment.

hence why ive gone back to rev 14
