Hi, may I know how do I add my CIAs games in again after system transfer? They are all greyed out in the software management settings and not showing on my screen even though they are still in the memory card. Do I have to reinstall the cias? Will my save be intact?

You need to migrate your ticket.db file from the old 3DS to the new one. Easiest way to do that is Decrypt9 to dump it from the old and inject it on the new, but it can be done in GodMode9 too.

Hi, may I know how to do that? Thanks!

The easier method, Decrypt9. I have boot9strap installed, is it possible to use decrypt9 method?
  1. Download Decrypt9 from here: https://github.com/d0k3/Decrypt9WIP/releases
  2. Put the Decrypt9WIP.firm file into your SD:/luma/payloads folder.
  3. Put the SD card in your old 3DS and power it on while holding START. Run Decrypt9WIP.
  4. In Decrypt9, go to sysNAND / emuNAND Options > System File Dump > ticket.db
  5. Power the old 3DS off and move the SD card back to your new 3DS.
  6. Hold START while powering it on and run Decrypt9WIP again.
  7. In Decrypt9, go to sysNAND / emuNAND Options > System File Inject > ticket.db
  8. Reboot to the Home Menu and see if your CIA installs show up.

Hi, thanks for the help! I tried using tikShop as well, and it works! Brought back 95% of my games...!

Yep, TikShop will bring back any games it has tickets for. Moving your ticket.db file will bring back all of them plus any homebrew apps you had.
