On the root of your SD card, look in your CIAngel folder. You should see a wings.json file.
This is CIAngel's version of the encrypted title keys cache, which is NOT the same one used by freeShop and Villain3DS.
Because of the "disappearance" of that title site, CIAngel can't retrieve, update, or create wings.json.
You'll need to the obtain the latest copy, which is 997 KB in size and has a CRC-32 hash of 7C2253C5.
You may or may not be able to find it somewhere over at that iso site... unless you look deep enough in one of those encTitleKeys threads...
