Wanted to know if there was a program or if possible to convert a .cia file into a .3ds file since lately it seems like there might be more .cia versions of games/apps being released with no .3ds version being made/uploaded to go along with them.
Ok i found the 3ds builder program but what program would i use to extract a cia file?
