Hacking Cia question

Hello i have a 3ds xl with super smash bros preinstalled and a 2ds at my office.
Both on 9.0 sysnand. I have a Gateway 3ds for my retail games. Can i dump my tsmash bros from my 3ds xl and install this to sysnand of my 2ds.
I heard this is possible now with FunkyCia2.

Yes, it is possible with FunkyCIA, but you need to downgrade your 3DS XL to 4.5 using the downgrade feature of Gateway in order to get your ticket.db, and then do the FunkyCIA process where you need to install python and maybe retry the program a few tries etc etc
Personally, I think it is a hassle. PM me for my own opinion of what I would do since I don't think I'm allowed to share it here.
(I'm not bashing you cearp, I think it's a very cool program )

It should be possible with eShop downloads as well.

so i try ca. 50 times to download a cia and there is a chance that there are signed???

I don't know much about FunkyCIA, perhaps you should ask cearp.
