Hacking CIA Installation Error

Hi guys, long time lurker but first time poster. Downgraded my 3DS to 9.2, and I had no problems installing CIAs until this one (installed Zeldas, Pokémon Y and a few GBA games). Tried this one, and I'm on my way to download another version of the CIA, but since it happened to me on both EUR and USA versions, I doubt it's from the file. If you guys know how to fix this, I'd be happy to know. Using FBI and trying to install Pokémon Alpha Sapphire. My emuNand is on 10.3 (o3DS), if it helps.

Going to give a shot to a different CIA now, I'll post results. But I ended up downloading the first 2 CIAs 3 times in total, so idk.

Tried 2 or 3 more CIAs, the MD5s match to the legit CIAs, so I don't really know what to do. Any tips?
