After finishing the 3DS guide tutorial for my N3DS I'm at the Homebrew Launcher screen but there are no items whatsoever visible.
During the install I get this error message: CIA Install Fail: D900182F
When I try to play a cartridge game (JPN) I get this message: An exception occured and a slur of data along with the string - press any button to shut down the system.
