Wow, in that case I'm really happy for those of you with the patience of saints who've been sitting on PS4 shaped paperweights for a while waiting for the holy exploit to descend as you'll certainly be able to enjoy some games now. Mind boggling though as those very same games are all available in store anything from £5-£15 anyway.

And where did you downloaded it from?

Agreed. I would never buy a system just to wait for hax. I recently got a PS4 and bought a whole bunch of games for 15 dollars each

Thank you ,but, in all honestly was soooo unimpressed with the PS4 after i bought it that i just never used it. Wasnt really a paperweight as it was all packed in its box in the loft... waiting for a PS4 scene to actually start.

I dont think that most of the games are even worth £15..... endless sequels of franchises and sports games we've seen a hundred times before. I played the first Fifa on the Sega Megadrive and Snes 20 odd years ago, cant stand the game nowadays...

Wait! that's not the only reason there are plenty other cool stuff for the hacks it is not always about piracy. Mind you

I'm more so just holding onto mine because I've waited a fair bit for this exploit. Feels like it'd be wasted time if I updated to 5.03 now so I'm sticking out to the very end. I have been tempted to update a few times especially since games are super cheap. (I'd enjoy replaying Persona 5 on the PS4 even though I've beaten it on the PS3. Horizon Zero Dawn looks pretty cool too.) I've got SMO to pass my time until something's released and even if the exploit/applications that are released aren't really for me then I can always update. Still haven't beaten Uncharted 4 which came with my system. Which is on my to play list after SMO.

True dat, as I've said before paying £18 for 100 hours of Yakuza 0 awesomeness is a great return on capital employed and that was the most expensive game I've bought thus far with most others being closer to £10.

what other cool stuff. please enlighten me

Shitty unoptimized ports of retroarse that allow you to play older games very poorly and thus more piracy. Yay!

if you care about emulation
do what i did, get a damn ps3 and hack it. you get the emulation, ps2 and ps1 games support

people paying 250 to 300 dollars for a system to run homebrew are lying to themselves
its 99% for piracy

If you consider that during the last couple of years the price of a PS4 has plummeted, they might easily end up having spent more to pirate some older games than people who've only recently bought a PS4 and wait for games to go on sale.
