You have to wait till he seperates into the different entities and out of all those black entities, only 1 is the one that'll take damage. His eyes look different. Since they run away so quick, only real chance you have at hitting him is with bow and arrow.

Yeah, look for the one that has red eyes... Best way is to identify it quickly, and run over to it with your sword and hack n' slash...

Equip some sword attack strength gems before the fight to make the fight go by quicker.

Or you can make the big blob jump on the 5 columns and it will kill itself.

easier and faster... for me at least...

Looks like everyone has their own tactics for the blobby. I made it jump on the center pilar and then I hammered the ball that came of into the monster. Also a good way to kill it. I needed to use a lot of healing items for the boss (level 36)
