Hacking Checking NDS Game Integrity

I remember reading a topic about how a ROM bricked the DS because of some malicious code in the ROM. I just want to know if there's a site out there that maintains a CRC list that I could use to verify if I have the real thing or if it's corrupted in any way or was tempered with. I'm new to the DS scene so I'm somewhat paranoid about breaking my DS.

A rom management tool like offline list, clrmame pro or romcenter use crc's to identify the roms, so if they identify the rom as known and good you can be pretty sure it's a clean dump.

Homebrew is a whole different matter and you really need to make sure your dl's come from reliable, trusted and tested sources.
