Hacking Checking if this software can be played problem

I'm using a switch on 8.1.0 (AMS 0.9.2) homebrew works fine, but when I try to launch games that where installed w/ goldleaf 0.5 and I'm on airplane mode it show this:

I have a banned console and cant connect to the internet
Tried formatting the console and installing sing patches without lock
Any help pease

You can try this, delete the sysmodule when you are done.
