if you mean you can use cheats on games you bought, no.
for that you need to buy an action replay.
or if you're lucky you can get an action replay rom dump to work.
altough if you have a slot-2 card you can get cheats that are saved into the sav(such as money and have item cheats) to work by backing up the save, doing the cheats on a rom on your slot-1, and putting back the save.
