i cant seem to get the cheats to work. i have the latest update. i must be doin something .....highlight game select cheats and start game, right?

No Problem, since you are new then you should also take note that please rebuilt whenever you had updated codes for any particular game.

ive got another question about cheating with an acekard 2i.
yesterday i started playing gta chinatown wars again with cheats.
however,my acekard didn't find the cheats for gta,even if i downloaded the latest cheat.dat en urcheat.dat.
other games works perfect.
so,i really don't know whats wrong. is it the rom? or my acekard?
the firmware of my acekard is AKAIO 1.5.1 by the way.

It sounds like you have a hacked/patched game. Try getting a clean one. You shoult then be able to use your cheats.

Or use r4cce to reset the Game IDs to match yours.

check this out on how to change your game id

yes, it works now.
it was indeed 2 different game ID numbers.
so I used that prgram r4cce en now it works perfect.
