Hacking Cheats not working on Digimon Dusk.

I'm using the latest AKAIO 1.5 on my acekard and I've downloaded the cheats files from Filetrip (http://filetrip.net/f5742-21-06-09-Cheat-Files.html). Whenever I go to the startup screen I select my cheats, press start and when I start the game nothing changes. Is it a issue? Cos it shows that I can select multiple databases.
