Gaming cheat db problem

everytime i try to download the cheatdb update i get the one from 12-08-09... why is this happening its driving me insane? am i the only one this is happening to?

why not you try go to cheats.gbatemp.net and check on all other links yourself

they all say from 12-08-09, not from 14-06-10 or whatever it should be???
