These are Atmosphere Settings they apply to Edizon & Breeze.
i know i had disabled these before for edizion as i noticed it was saving/auto enabling codes and thought if this breeze had its own setting as it was saving and auto enabling, or maybe bat shit crazy me didnt fully close game like i thought?

Maybe this happens when you use Breeze to toggle your Cheats on & off.
I barely use breeze, so i can't tell for sure...
I also prefere the Edizon Overlay to toggle my Cheats on & off (for now..)

yea i like edizon mainly because its bigger to read, i use breeze app to easily refresh my list.
would be nice if we can have an overlay that can open/close a cheat name, kinda like action replay would have or PJ64
this way it will make your code list look shorter and gives you more space to add notes as breeze only pulls the first activator command in its description.
aslo when using the display monitor that shows active codes during play, would be nice if the button commands could be changed as L3/R3 is used for sysftp so ftp is active to make life easier updating your cheat list, your not having to close game and enter album then ftp, you just drag/drop during game play then use breeze to refresh your cheat list.

Breeze always save toggles. If you don't want any cheats to be enabled when game launch make sure no cheats are enabled when you save to atmosphere directory. But I think maybe a toggle file would be created so if you quit subsequently with cheats enabled it will be saved by atmosphere. So in summary for your use case do not save to atmosphere directory using Breeze. I make Breeze overlay load but not save toggles, so if you have a toggle file present it will be loaded but it will never write a toggle file for you. At least as of 0.0.6.

I dont save cheats, like edizion overlay i just load up my cheat file when game boots, then enable them and when i close the game it doesnt save, i have to manually enable cheats again on my next boot, which i prefer as sometimes codes should only be activated when in game.
do you think the expand feature could be possible, that would be an ace feature.

For some reason you cant have anything in your inventory, you have to request a weapon off sheva which will set to slot 2, press L and use right stick left/right to cycle then equip weapon.
It wont change the weapon model in hand or may look invisible but it should apply the change, for example if you swap a pistol to a machinegun it will fire like it, you may need to give weapon to sheva then request it back sometimes for the change to apply.

Now you can create bookmark from cheat code. You no longer need to use EdiZon SE to create bookmark from cheat codes.
You can edit memory value with a minimalist keyboard.
