@ZiT I dump with Jnoexs twice, first time was not able to find the target maybe due to my access by ftp to the switch while it was dumping, second time two search found the target. This game also turns out to be not so straight forward to see the fail.
I use SE for the memory search. Already know what to look for with the dump before starting. So the second search involves much less targets. That may well be the reason I didn't see the fail. I used my noexs fork but functionally there should be no difference when used with Jnoexs.

Pointer search yield zero candidates. Tool is not matching the task at hand for this game. Good thing is coin and potion are easy hack with memory search and persistent. You may be using the wrong datatype. I just check coin is f32. Potion you need to look for the actual number which isn't the one shown in the main screen. The datatype is integer u32. Changing the value will only get a screen update when you use potion.
